Us

We started with the idea of generating a creative work platform capable of responding to the current needs of people to generate a project, this is how the IMAGINARIO COLECTIVO project began in June 2018.

Our initiative to found a collective arises mainly from the motivation to recognize the value that each mastery can bring to a work. We believe that the integration of the Masterys required by a project from its origins allows to increase its value and consequence.

To develop this initiative we have built 6 principles that we consider fundamental when conceiving or materializing any type of project:

  • Relationship with the place

When approaching a project, we always consider the characteristics of the place that configures its location, recognizing its particularities allows us to give our designs a harmonic agreement with the environment, generating a sensitive impact to the heights, dispositions and spatial projections that our own place suggests.

Within this vision, the relationship between day and night with the extension of the landscape constitutes a milestone of great importance when projecting a design, the recognition of the way in which the light of the day affects the place allows to project spaces that shine at any time of day.

Within the guidelines with the place, the socio-cultural scope gives the project dimensions that exceed its own size, we refer at this point to the relationship with the neighborhood, with the city, with the elements that make up the habitat of a work . Placing oneself in these contexts of relationships with the environment allows the development of a more fluid design of the spaces and of the routes that we project, taking care of a sensitive link with the different dimensions in which each work is located.

  • Creative Originality

The deployment of a project in direct relation to its environment always produces a unique result.

The originality of a work lies in the exercise of recognizing the virtues of its environment and accommodating them by building them in the shape of the project, translating them into a benefit for living, in a constructive language that encourages the full use and recreation of the interior dimensions in feedback with outer dimensions.

This consideration with the exterior is materialized in architectural and design solutions whose originality and creativity is founded and endorsed by tangible dimensions of the extension and the environment; light, slope, views, surroundings, distances, horizon, distances, routes, noise, neighborhood context, vegetation, climate, etc. The design work, when it goes hand in hand with these dimensions, yields a result whose complexity is materialized in a resolute and simple work, which is expressed clearly and without pretense.

  • Constructive Efficiency

The clarity and simplicity of a project is materialized in constructive efficiency.

The way in which the different design elements of a work are built and connected require the projection and planning of their dimensions and the materials that will make them up. The arrangement of these elements must be done in an efficient and effective way, paying attention to a principle of economy, which lies in recognizing the right measure of the solutions, without under-dimensioning or over-dimensioning them.

The approach to this work method seeks to generate quality solutions using materials whose characteristics, dimensions, availability and responsiveness to the climate and location arrangements result from the best equation. A design solution where the waste generated is as marginal as possible, where the expenditure of resources and energy are as low as possible, is efficiency and economy, a planned projection of the project and its stages translates into an efficiency in the execution of the projects. different tasks as well as in time and therefore in the human resource that the work requires to become material.

  • The Colective

A work summons various trades and collaborations throughout its development. Setting up a platform from which the different dimensions called for by a project can interact and provide feedback with each other, is our main work methodology.

Constant work with different specialties allows us to have a wide network of services related to our trade, collaborators with whom we maintain constant communication and work. Each project is a unique challenge and requires the participation of different work teams to be developed

We develop in this sense of open collaboration, establishing alliances with work teams that, like us, are willing to heed the call to build the world.

The party of our work methodology lies in always keeping ourselves open to this call. We understand that an effective work methodology does not mean pigeonholeing ourselves with some kind of formula, instead we bet on a constant renewal of our point of view, always maintaining the objective of meeting the requirements that the world itself (the project, the work, the city, etc.) required.

  • Spatial Comfort

The use and reuse of the energies used by a work, its sustainable design, together with the care of the materials selected to materialize it, build comfortable interior spaces with respect to the elements. Well-sheltered interiors allow us to approach the extension from an aesthetic that is directly consistent with the dimensions of the exterior. At this point we refer to the material values of the interiors and the way they relate to the landscape.

  • Energy Consciousness

Along with the passive efficiency of architectural elements that make the most of the place in which they are located, spending the minimum of resources required by it, we also develop systems of networks and treatment of the energy resources required by the inhabiting of a work. . Solutions whose technology allows maximum energy savings and the best use of natural resources (water, sun, wind, etc …) translate into a more autonomous and sustainable work.
