Mies Stange House

First home project on the outskirts of Region V. It contemplates approximately 300mts2 and its materiality is mainly reinforced concrete and steel. The place of the project and its extreme climate dictate some architectural and structural details when designing a thermal comfort in its interior spaces. Orientation is the protagonist in the construction site looking, since it looks for the last winter sun and avoids the summer setting.
