Roca House

The project is located at the foot of La Campana Hill and comprises approximately 178 m² of built area, distributed across three single-storey volumes. The design seeks to respect the scale of the surrounding landscape rather than compete with the height of the hill, allowing the architecture to integrate naturally and harmoniously with its setting.

The central volume contains the home’s main shared spaces, including the kitchen, living area, laundry room, guest bathroom, and a large glazed opening that connects the interior with an outdoor terrace and barbecue area. The two remaining volumes are positioned at either end of the central module, providing greater privacy for the three bedrooms, family room, and two bathrooms.
